Winter Ornament Workshop

Embrace the enchantment of the winter season with our special Winter Ornament Workshop!

Join us on a creative journey where you’ll transform raw clay into beautiful, handcrafted ornaments that capture the spirit of the season! They can also make great gift tags, or table placenames!

You’ll learn essential techniques for cutting, stamping, and decorating your own winter-themed pottery ornaments. With over 300 cookie cutter shapes to choose from, you can make any shape from snowflakes to snowmen, cozy mittens and winter woodland animals, and there are some classic Christmas ornament shapes available too! You’ll have the freedom to design pieces that reflect your unique style and the magic of this wonderful time of year!

This class offers a lovely opportunity to create with your family and friends, and bring your creative visions to life. Afterwards, your custom-made ornaments will have a protective clear glaze added, and will be kiln-fired to high temperatures. They will then be available to pick up Sun 21st or Mon 22nd Dec in Tsawwassen, ready to adorn your home, or gift to loved ones! This event will be a delightful, hands-on experience that will leave you with cherished keepsakes and memories of crafting your own winter decorations.

Suitable for adults and children 6+ years (children aged 6 to 15 years must be accompanied by a paying adult. Maximum of three children to one adult).

Classes are 2.5 hours long - enough time to make and decorate beautifully! Make 8 - 10 ornaments dependent upon the size of ornament you choose! (All supplies and materials are included).

Masks are welcome, but not required. We kindly ask that you stay home if you are feeling unwell. Thank you 😊
